EUROTEX INDUSTRIES & EXPORTS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and amendment to Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and would and would like to inform the Exchange that the Trading Window will be closed from Monday, 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2024. Accordingly, all the Directors / Designated Employees / Auditors of the Company shall not deal in any transaction involving purchase or sale of Company''s securities during the period when trading window is closed.
