Referring the SEBI (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and amendment to Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and we would like to inform the Exchange that the Trading Window will be closed from Monday, 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2024
