Eveready Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed on August 07, 2015 for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend & 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 21, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before August 21, 2015 to those members whose names are on the Register of Members as on August 07, 2015 or their mandates.
