Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company shall submit standalone quarterly financial results for the year ending 31st March, 2018. As regards submission of Annual Audited Results for the year ending 31st March, 2018, the Company shall submit both standalone & consolidated financial results.
