We wish inform you that trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein, inter alia, the approval of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2023, would be considered by the Board. The date of Board Meeting will be informed in due course.
