Pursuant to Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD/PoD-1/P/CIR/123 dated July 13, 2023, we enclose herewith in "Annexure A", details of corporate guarantee issued by Everest Industries Limited ("the Company") on behalf of its Wholly Owned Subsidiary i.e. Everest Buildpro Private Limited (EBPL).
