We refer to our intimation to the stock exchanges on July 5, 2024 intimating that the Ninety-first (91st) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Everest Industries Limited ('the Company') will be held on Monday, August 12, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In continuation to the aforesaid intimation and pursuant to Regulations 30, 34 and any other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2023-24 including the Notice of 91st AGM.
