Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform you that the Company has executed a Sale Deed on November 3, 2025 for the sale of commercial premises situated at 5B4, 5th Floor, B-Wing, Gundecha Onclave Premises Co-op. Society Ltd., Saki Village, Kherani Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 072, Maharashtra ("property"). Further, the sale of this property does not constitute as an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the Company in terms of section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013.
