Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI LODR") read with SEBI Master circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 with respect to change in Senior Management Personnel, we would like to inform that Mr. Prashant Giare, Vice President - Operations and Supply Chain of the Company, has resigned from the said position of the Company, due to personal reasons, with effect from the close of business hours on December 1, 2025.
