Everest Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2014 have allotted the Equity Shares to the Employees of the Company under the Employees Stock Option Schemes in the following manner : <br/><br/>1. 5170 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2009.<br/>2. 4750 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2010.<br/>3. 20860 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2011.
