Everonn Education Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Shifting of the registered office to "SP Infocity", A Block, I Floor, #40, MGR Road, Kandanchavadi, Perungudi, Chennai 600096 the same jurisdiction.<BR><BR>Board also took note of the resignation of Mr. Dino Varkey, Director from the Board.
