With respect to the captioned subject, we want to inform you that on 21st October, 2019, the Hon'ble Adjudicating Authority -National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kochi Bench, has ordered the commencement of liquidation of Excel Glasses Limited under Section 33 (1) (a) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been accepted vide, NCLT order dated October 21, 2019 and appointed the undersigned as Liquidator of the Company.
