EXCEL INDUSTRIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir/ Madam, We hereby inform you that in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading "the Code" read with applicable provisions of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by designated persons of the Company as defined in the Code shall remain closed from 01st January, 2022 till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021. The trading window will however be open for general investors.
