We hereby inform you that in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading "the Code" read with applicable provisions of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by designated persons of the Company as defined in the Code shall remain closed from 01st April, 2023 till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023.
