This is to inform that Exicom Power Solutions B.V. Netherlands, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, has established a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary in England and Wales by the name "Tritium Power Solutions Limited", i.e. step down subsidiary of the Company, on July 26, 2024.
