EXIDE INDUSTRIES LTD. - Board approves Dividend

Pursuant to Regulation 43 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, board of directors have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.60 (160%) per Equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2017-18 and the interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days of declaration.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 42, board of directors have fixed Monday, 6th November, 2017 as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2017-18.<BR>
