Exide Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>At the said Meeting, the Board of Directors would also consider recommendation of a Final Dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Consequently, no Meeting will be held for approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending March 31, 2015.
