Expleo Solutions Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements

In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has renewed the earlier agreement dated June 23, 2024 for providing Investor relations services by executing the Addendum to the Agreement dated June 14, 2024 duly signed on June 18, 2024. The Addendum to the Agreement is valid for One year effective from July 01, 2024 till June 30, 2025.
