This is to inform you that in accordance with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (PIT)Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with NSE Circular number NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 1, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2024.
