This is to inform that as per the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key managerial personnel, employees, Connected persons and their immediate relatives with effect from April 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Standalone and consolidated audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2024
