Fairchem Speciality Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 01, 2017, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter & Nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further in accordance with the applicable clauses of Insider Trading Regulations, the "Trading Window" for dealing in equity shares of the Company for Directors / Insiders of the Company shall remain closed from January 25, 2017 to February 03, 2017 (both days inclusive).
