(T-H Licensing/ Promoter / Acquirer) along with Fairfield Manufacturing Company Inc person acting in concert (PAC) has informed this Post Offer Public Announcement ("Post Offer Public Announcement") to the Equity shareholders of Fairfield Atlas Ltd ("Target Company"), in accordance with Regulation 18 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 ("Delisting Regulations") to the public Shareholders of the Target Company in relation to the proposed acquisition and voluntary delisting of the equity shares ("Equity Shares") of the Company from BSE Ltd ("BSE") pursuant to the Delisting Regulations ("Delisting Offer").
