Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading adopted by the company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and BSE Circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/0l/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 regarding amendment in clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Company's shares shall remain closed for all designated employees, Directors, KMPs, Promoter and Promoter Group and designated persons of the company from 1st January, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial result for quarter ended on 31st December, 2021 are made public.
