In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors and Designated employees from May 19, 2017 to May 28, 2017 (both days inclusive).
