FDC Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 06, 2016, to inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors and Designated employees from January 30, 2016 to February 07, 2016 (both days inclusive).
