FDC LTD. - Clarification

With reference to Increase in Volume, FDC Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"The Company has been complying with all the provisions of the Listing Agreement and has been promptly intimating the Exchanges, information pertaining to the operation/ performance of the Company, which includes all price sensitive information.<BR><BR>Further, we are not aware of reasons for increase in volume of Shares of the Company. It appears to us, that the market is quite favourable for Pharmaceutical Companies since the last few days.<BR><BR>Kindly note, that as and when any information becomes material in nature or any material transaction is finally executed by the Company, the same will be promptly intimated to the Exchanges within the given timelines."
