FDC Ltd has informed BSE that Mrs. Shalini Kamath, Company Secretary, resigned from the Services of the Company on March 15, 2014 (Close of Business Hours) and in her place Ms. Varsharani Katre, has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer.
