FE (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading), the trading window will remain close from February 06, 2016 to February 15, 2015.
