Federal Bank Ltd has informed BSE that as authorized by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee, MD and CEO has allotted 69,130 (Sixty nine thousand one hundred and thirty only) Equity Shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to the Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Banks Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.
