Federal Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Reserve Bank of India vide their press release 2013-2014/1867 dated March 21, 2014 has notified that the restrictions placed on the purchase of shares of M/s. Federal Bank Ltd. have been withdrawn with immediate effect. The copy of press release issued by RBI is attached herewith.
