Federal Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee, MD & CEO has allotted 2,45,112 (Two lakh forty five thousand one hundred and twelve only) Equity Shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to the Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Banks Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.
