Allotment of shares under ESOS 2010<BR> <BR> The Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee of the Board has allotted 2,18,000 (Two Lakh Eighteen thousand only) Equity shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to Mr. Shyam Srinivasan, MD & CEO upon exercise of stock options and payment of money, which is already granted to him under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.<BR>
