With reference to the earlier letter dated January 29, 2016 Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has disposed off 26% equity holding comprising of 2,60,000 equity shares held in Real Captive Power Private Limited (RCP) for a consideration of Rs. 2600,000/- to Suraksha Buildwell LLP.
