Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has informed BSE that about the "Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct" approved by the Board of Directors in its Meeting held on February 13, 2015. This Code shall come into force on the one hundred and twentieth day from January 15, 2015.
