Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Andreas Wilhelm Kolf, Whole Time Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. the closing business hours of December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mr. Vinod Kumar Hans as Whole Time Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years commencing January 01, 2016.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Mr. Rajesh Sinha as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of three years commencing January 01, 2016.
