With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Company as received Notices from BSE Limited & National Stock Exchange of India Limited on June 28, 2024 for delayed compliance under Regulation 23 (9) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. The Company was directed to pay Rs. 5,900/- plus GST each to the Stock Exchanges within 15 days from the date of communication. The Company has paid the fine to the Stock Exchanges yesterday, i.e. 9th July, 2024.
