Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015 the trading window will remain closed for dealing in securities of the company for designated persons and their immediate relatives w.e.f Monday, 22nd September 2025 upto 72 hours after the conclusion of 70th AGM both days inclusive.
