Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015 and company''s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of Company will remain closed from 1st October onwards, up to 3 days after conclusion of Board Meeting which will be held for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2025.
