Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Audit Committee Meeting and Board Meeting of the Company will be held on October 28, 2015, inter alia, to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Companys code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 21, 2015 to November 01, 2015 (both days inclusive).
