The Board at its meeting held on July 26, 2024, recommended the appointment of Mr. Sunil Kamalakar Tamhane as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from September 16, 2024 until September 15, 2029 for the approval of members by means of Special Resolution.
