Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby wish to inform you the Company has received an intimation from its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent i.e. Link Intime India Private Limited on 10th September, 2021, pertaining to the loss /misplaced of share Certificate(s) /request for issuance of duplicate share certificate from the shareholder(s) for which stop transfer has been marked by the Registrar. <BR> <BR> Accordingly, the duplicate share certificate(s) will be issued only after complying with the requisite formalities by the Shareholder(s).<BR> <BR> The copy of intimation received from our RTA is enclosed herewith.
