Fiem Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2014 to September 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014.<br/><br/>The Dividend, if declared at the AGM, will start from October 04, 2014.
