Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and clarification given by BSE Limited vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 and pursuant to the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees, and Connected Person with effect from 01st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended on 31st March, 2023.
