Finkurve Financial Services Ltd - Disclosure under Regulation 30A of LODR

Pursuant to Reg 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we would like to inform you that based on the recommendation of NRC, the BOD in its meeting held on today i.e. 26.06.2024, have appointed Mrs. Aastha Solanki as an Additional Non executive Independent Director of the company for a term of 5 years with effect from 30th June, 2024, subject to approval of shareholder of the Company.
