The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st October, 2021 and shall be opened 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the unaudited financial results (both standalone & consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2021. <BR> <BR> The date of Board meeting to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2021 shall be intimated in due course.
