Mr. Anil V. Whabi, has completed his tenure as Managing Director (DIN: 00142052) on close of business hours on 31st May, 2023 and retired after rendering close to nine years of dedicated service to the Company. Further he also ceased as Director and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company on close of business hours of 31st May, 2023. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 22nd May, 2023 placed on record its deep sense of appreciation for the valuable contributions made by him during his tenure.
