FIRST LEASING CO.OF INDIA LTD. - RBI issues certain Directions to First Leasing Company of India Ltd

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued certain directions under sections 45JA and 45L of the RBI Act,1934 to First Leasing Company of India Ltd.,Chennai on September 13, 2013. A copy of the Press Release issued by RBI in this regard is attached.
