First Winner Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2014, inter alia, has unanimously approved the appointment of Ms. Priyanka Upadhyay as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. October 28, 2014.<br/><br/>Also the Board took the note on resignation of Dr. M. K. Sinha, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. October 28, 2014.
