FIRSTSOURCE SOLUTIONS LTD. - Allotment of Equity shares on exercise of Options under ESOS 2003

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 532,500 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 6,656,724,340 consisting of 665,672,434 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
