FIRSTSOURCE SOLUTIONS LTD. - Allotment of Equity shares on exercise of Options under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 355,750 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on July 21, 2014, under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 6,617,771,880 consisting of 661,777,188 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
